About Krishna & Associates

Krishna & Associates is a tax, GST and compliance practice in Banashankari 1st Stage, Bengaluru, operating under the Taxurity name. The firm was established on 15 January 2016 and works with salaried individuals, professionals, proprietors, partnership firms, LLPs and private limited companies across India — in person at our office and online.

The Founder

Murali Krishna Ravuri founded the firm after a three-year Chartered Accountancy internship, begun in 2013, that gave him hands-on exposure to income tax, GST, TDS, audit support and company-law compliance. Since 2016 he has personally handled the practice's tax and compliance work, with a particular depth in TDS return filing and TRACES corrections — more than 80 TDS cases closed — GST reconciliation, internal audit and payroll compliance.

He also builds the practice's own software: a GSTR-1 preparation engine, a GST reconciliation engine that matches purchase registers against GSTR-2B, and a GSTR-9 dashboard. Client data is processed in-house rather than on third-party platforms. He writes the firm's Tax Blog, which explains new notifications and recurring compliance problems in plain language. How We Work

• You deal directly with the founder, not a rotating junior.
• Every engagement starts with a written scope and fee, so you know what is and is not included.
• Statutory audits and tax audit reports that must be signed by a practising Chartered Accountant are issued through our associate CA firms, each with a UDIN that the department can verify.
• Returns are reconciled before filing — books to GST, TDS credits to Form 26AS and AIS — so that notices are prevented rather than answered.

Our core services are income tax return filing, GST registration and returns, GST notice replies, TDS returns and corrections, tax audit support, internal audit, company and LLP incorporation with ROC filings, and payroll with PF, ESI and professional tax.

Clients Across India

Our office is in Bengaluru, but our practice is national. Income tax, GST, TDS, ROC and payroll filings are all made online, so we work with clients in every state without either side travelling: documents come over email or WhatsApp, queries are settled on a call or video meeting, and every filing is shared with you before it is submitted. GST work for a business registered in another state is handled under that state's registration, and we track state-specific items such as professional tax wherever your employees are.
